The balance is due in resort payment in Euros only. |

Your Wedding Video Cyprus retains the master tape and all copyrights. Master tapes will be kept for a period of one year, after which time they may be destroyed at our discretion. |

The client must obtain any permission required and pay any fees charged by the venues for allowing video recording on their premises. (At present we are unaware of any venues that require this in Cyprus) |

In the unlikely event of an equipment failure or a cancellation by Your Wedding Video Cyprus, we shall provide a full refund and accept no further liability. If only part of the event has not been recorded a fair proportion of the price will be refunded. |

All editing will be at our discretion |

We agree to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We shall assume, unless otherwise notified, that all persons attending the event have consented to be filmed. Please notify us prior to the event if this is not the case. |

Customers we be provided with 2 edited versions of their wedding video any extra copies must be purchased separately. |

Delivery of the videos shall be made before the clients depart, unless due to busy periods this is not possible. In which case the Video would be couriered to them to an address in the UK. |
